Overview

The Boulder Climbing Community (BCC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to stewarding climbing areas across Colorado’s Front Range. Founded to ensure climbers are caretakers—not just users—of the land, the BCC mobilizes volunteers, partners, and land managers to sustain and protect the environments we climb in. From trail building and rebolting to eagle monitoring and advocacy, the BCC strengthens the connection between people and the places they climb.

The Role

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive of the organization, reporting to the Board of Directors. This role leads fundraising, strategy, and operations while serving as the public face of the BCC. The Executive Director will inspire staff, volunteers, and the community; expand partnerships and funding; and guide the organization into its next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who loves climbing, community, and conservation.
