Overview

Elevations: A Children’s Resource Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to helping children with special needs reach their full potential. The organization funds therapies, equipment, and services for children regardless of financial circumstance, creating life-changing opportunities for families in the Spokane region.

The Role

The Executive Director will serve as the chief executive, overseeing fundraising, programs, operations, communications, and compliance. Working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, the ED will drive strategy, ensure financial stability, and represent Elevations as its primary spokesperson to donors, partners, and the wider community.

What They’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of nonprofit leadership experience (with at least 2 years at the executive level). Strong skills in fundraising, financial management, program oversight, and community engagement are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required (master’s preferred). Passion for empowering children with special needs and building inclusive community support is a must.
