Executive Director — Portland Street Medicine (Portland, OR)

Overview
Portland Street Medicine is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing healthcare directly to people experiencing homelessness. Through compassionate, community-centered care, the organization builds trust and delivers high-quality medical services to those living outside, advancing equity and dignity across Portland.

The Role
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive, responsible for overall strategy, operations, fundraising, and community engagement. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the ED will provide leadership in program development, financial oversight, staff management, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of progressive nonprofit and/or healthcare leadership experience, with demonstrated skills in fundraising, budget management, and program oversight. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A passion for healthcare access, homelessness services, and equity is essential.
