Leadership Perimeter is a nonprofit dedicated to cultivating informed, engaged, and inclusive leaders who strengthen the region through civic understanding, relationship building, collaborative leadership, and civic readiness. Since 1986, the organization has equipped adult and youth participants with the knowledge and connections to make lasting community impact.

The Role

The Executive Director will serve as the chief executive, responsible for strategic leadership, fundraising, operations, and program delivery. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the ED will ensure financial sustainability, strengthen partnerships, and oversee all programs and staff.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit or related sector, with proven success in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth. Strong communication, financial management, and relationship-building skills are essential. A passion for community leadership and civic engagement is required.
