Overview
Tahoe Coalition for the Homeless (TCH) works to prevent and end homelessness in South Lake Tahoe and across El Dorado County. The organization manages a portfolio of affordable housing properties and operates programs that connect vulnerable individuals with shelter, supportive services, and long-term housing solutions.


The Role
The Executive Director will provide both strategic and operational leadership, overseeing staff, programs, and affordable housing assets. This role involves guiding financial and property management systems, building community and government partnerships, and serving as the public advocate for addressing homelessness in the region.


What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has significant nonprofit leadership experience, with skills in affordable housing management, grant compliance, and financial oversight. Strong relationship-building, advocacy, and community engagement abilities are essential. A track record in securing government and foundation funding, along with knowledge of homelessness systems and services, is highly preferred.
