Community Outreach Inc. (COI) delivers services that help people lead healthy, productive lives. Through direct support and collaborations with other agencies, COI responds to human needs without discrimination—treating every individual with respect, integrity, and dignity.
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive, responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial stewardship, and fundraising. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the ED drives community partnerships, advances equity and inclusion, and ensures programs are high-quality and mission-aligned.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of senior nonprofit leadership experience, including managing $1M+ budgets and leading fundraising initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Business, or a related field is required (master’s preferred). Strong skills in donor stewardship, financial management, and staff leadership are essential. A passion for social justice, equity, and community empowerment is required.
