The Concord Carlisle Foundation (CCF), formerly the Concord Carlisle Community Chest, is a nonprofit dedicated to engaging the community to help neighbors in need. Founded in 1947, CCF channels local philanthropic gifts of time, expertise, and resources into direct support and grants for residents of Concord and Carlisle. Since 2018, CCF has invested more than $2.5 million to address mental health, food insecurity, elder support, affordable housing, domestic violence, and more.
The Executive Director will serve as the chief fundraiser and strategic leader, responsible for advancing CCF’s mission, cultivating donors, and managing operations. Working closely with the Board of Directors and volunteer committees, the ED will oversee fundraising campaigns, donor relations, staff management, financial oversight, and community partnerships—playing a visible role as the face of CCF in the community.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, particularly with individual donors, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in financial oversight, staff management, and volunteer engagement is important. Familiarity with the Concord/Carlisle community—or a willingness to become embedded in it—is highly valued. A collaborative, strategic mindset and passion for community-driven impact are essential.
