The Role
The Executive Director will serve as the public face and driving force of CCF, leading fundraising and donor relations while advancing planned giving initiatives. This leader will cultivate relationships with parishes, schools, Catholic organizations, and individual donors while promoting sustainable growth through strong financial stewardship.

What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of experience in sales, institutional financial services, development, or estate/charitable planning. A bachelor’s degree is required (graduate degree preferred), with knowledge of capital markets, institutional investing, and planned giving. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to Catholic values and mission.
