Overview
Since 1936, the Seaside Chamber of Commerce has been the heart of the North Oregon Coast business community. The Chamber champions local businesses through advocacy, economic development, and hosting world-class events such as the Hood to Coast Relay, the largest amateur beach volleyball tournament in North America, and the annual July 4th celebration.

The Role
The Executive Director oversees all daily Chamber operations, manages staff, develops programs, and executes events that drive business success and community growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Director is responsible for financial management, membership growth, and serving as the public face of the Chamber both locally and regionally.

What They’re Looking For
The Chamber seeks a strategic, results-driven leader with at least 5 years of executive-level experience, ideally within a nonprofit, association, or economic development organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial oversight, membership development, event management, and public advocacy, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities. A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public administration, or related field is preferred.
