For more than 130 years, the organization has provided transformative programs in housing, childcare, recovery support, and racial justice, serving as a pillar of stability and empowerment in the community.
The Executive Director will serve as the chief executive, providing visionary leadership, financial stewardship, and operational oversight. This role includes advancing strategy, fundraising, and community partnerships. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the ED ensures programs are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with the YWCA’s mission of social change.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with proven success in financial management, fundraising, program oversight, and staff development. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills and a deep commitment to racial justice and women’s empowerment are essential.
